CHAPTER THIRTEEN

JESUS DIDN’T LOCK the doors.
He didn’t say, “You’re too late.”
He didn’t ask for a checklist before letting someone sit with him.

People messed up.
He still made room.
People doubted him.
He still offered bread.
People walked away.
He still waved when they passed by again.

Happy Jesus didn’t guard the gate.
He opened it.

Because love doesn’t lock people out.
It says, “You still belong.”
