THE INNER ENGINE (Solar Plexus Chakra)

You ever met someone who walks into a room and doesn’t have to say a word, but everyone feels them?

That’s solar plexus energy. Located in your upper abdomen, just under the ribcage,
this chakra, called Manipura, is your core power center.

It’s your confidence, drive, identity, willpower, decision-making, and the inner “I got this.” This is the fire in your gut that turns thought into action and belief into behavior.

When it’s blocked, you hesitate.
You shrink.
You second-guess everything.
You fear criticism more than failure.
You procrastinate not because you’re lazy, but because you don’t trust your decisions.
You want to lead but end up following.
You suppress your shine so you don’t intimidate anyone.
You feel like a candle with a wet wick.

You have the flame, but you don’t believe it’s yours to light.

When it’s open, you stop playing small.
You stop apologizing for being big.
You stop asking for permission to exist as yourself.
You lead without dominating.
You speak without shrinking.
You move without needing consensus.
You say yes because you want to, not because you’re scared to say no.

You don’t become arrogant.
You become centered.
Firm. Directed. Lit.

This isn’t about ego.
It’s about ownership.

Do hard things on purpose. Work out. Make the call. Clean the house. Prove to yourself that you follow through.
Set small goals and crush them. Momentum is everything.
Speak your name with love. You’re not a mistake.
Say “no” when you mean it. Power grows where boundaries live.
Stand tall. Posture isn’t vanity, it’s a declaration: I am here. I am ready. I am whole.
Use your name like a mantra. Own your identity. Say it in the mirror. Mean it.

This is your engine.
Your fire pit.
Your inner sun.
