CHAPTER THREE
Unlocked
THE PLEASURE DRIVE (Sacral Chakra)
Let’s talk about feeling.
The sacral chakra, called Svadhisthana in Sanskrit, is located in your lower abdomen, right below your belly button. This is the seat of emotion, pleasure, sensuality, creativity, intimacy, movement, and juice. This is the flow center of the whole system.
If your root chakra is the electrical outlet, this is the current.
When it’s blocked, everything gets tight.
You can’t cry. You can’t laugh. You can’t write. You can’t dance.
You don’t feel numb, you feel dull. Like life’s in grayscale.
Sex feels disconnected or shameful.
You second-guess every creative idea.
You feel guilty for wanting to enjoy things.
You start performing instead of feeling.
You feel like a passenger in your own emotional life. Sometimes it looks like control.
Sometimes it looks like chaos.
But either way, you’re not inside your own joy.
When it is open, you feel.
You cry when the moment hits you.
You laugh from your belly.
You create without overthinking.
You flirt without shame.
You connect.
You’re not addicted to pleasure, you’re aligned with it.
Life doesn’t just work.
It moves.
Working with this chakra isn’t about being high vibe.
It’s about getting real with your feelings and letting your soul breathe.
Move fluidly. Dance, stretch, swim, whatever reminds you you’re made of water.
Allow emotion. Let it rise. Let it move. Let it out.
Create for the hell of it. Draw, write, or make something messy.
Eat juicy food like mangoes, oranges, or watermelon. Let yourself feel satisfied.
Treat pleasure as sacred. This isn’t just sex. It’s yes. You’re allowed to feel good.
Engage your senses. Touch textures. Smell spice. Be in your body.
Drop the shame. Guilt blocks this chakra faster than anything. Forgive yourself for being a feeling creature.
The sacral chakra is where life becomes worth living.
It’s the center that says:
“You’re not just here to survive.
You’re here to feel. To connect. To move.
To create something beautiful.”
No more bottling it.
No more locking it down.
No more apologizing for wanting more.
You’re allowed to enjoy this life.
So let it flow.
