CHAPTER THREE

SOME PEOPLE DIDN’T like Jesus.
Not because he was mean.
But because he was too kind.

He let everyone sit with him —
Poor people, sick people, people who messed up.
People who didn’t follow the rules.

That made the rule-makers angry.
They said he was being too soft.
Too free.
Too forgiving.

But Jesus didn’t flinch.
He didn’t argue.
He just kept being love anyway.

And sometimes, love makes people mad.
But he never stopped loving.

Not even once.
