The Guy Who Yelled Got a Hug

ONE DAY, A man yelled at Jesus.
He said mean things.
Loud things.
Scary things.

Everyone waited to see what Jesus would do.
Would he yell back?
Would he make the man go away?

But Jesus didn’t yell.
He didn’t shame.
He didn’t punish.

He looked at the man,
really looked.

Then he hugged him.

Because sometimes, when someone yells…
what they really need
is to feel safe enough to stop.
