We Are Not Alone (And Never Were)

Chapter Eleven - DNA as the Real Rosetta Stone

CHAPTER ELEVEN

DNA as the Real Rosetta Stone

FORGET PYRAMIDS. FORGET gold tablets. Forget crop circles, even.

If you wanted to leave a message that lasted forever,
across cultures,
across catastrophes,
across time itself

You’d write it into life.

And the most stable storage device in the known universe?
Not stone.
Not silicon.
Carbon. Double helix. Biological code.

DNA.

Your body runs on four letters:
A. T. C. G.
Arranged in triplets — codons — that create amino acids.
A language.
A program.
A design.

And like all languages, patterns emerge.

Repeating strings.
Silent regions.
Sections that don’t do anything

Or so we thought.

What if that “junk DNA” is commentary?

Annotations.
Metadata.
Or a message hidden in the margins.

SETI once asked: What if an alien message came encoded in biology?

Not through a satellite,
but through something that evolves.

They proposed a hypothetical:
If aliens seeded life, they could leave mathematical constants or artificial anomalies within the genetic code.

Guess what we’ve found?

  • Codon groupings that mirror mathematical symmetry
  • Genetic sequences that violate evolutionary randomness
  • A strange encoding system resembling base-10 logic

In other words:
Deliberate structure
in what should be chaos.

Forget crashed ships.
Forget hidden files.
You are the proof.

Every cell in your body carries
a 4-billion-year message.

“You were not an accident.”
“You were not alone.”
“You are the message.”

We look to the sky for signs,
never realizing:
We are the sign.
