The Five-Step Regime Playbook

IF YOU’VE MADE it this far, you’ve probably noticed something:

It’s not just a few isolated coups.
It’s not just one or two bad apples.
It’s a system.
A machine.

And like any machine, it runs on a formula.

You don’t need a standing army.
You don’t need a nuclear threat.
You just need five steps, executed cleanly, quietly, and ruthlessly.

Let’s break it down.

Step 1 – Identify the Target

It always starts with a threat to capital or control.

• A democratically elected socialist
• A leader who wants to nationalize oil, copper, or bananas
• A president who won’t play by imperial rules
• A journalist exposing war crimes
• A whistleblower revealing surveillance

It doesn’t matter who they are.
If they challenge the system—they’re marked.

Label them unstable. Corrupt. Communist. Extremist. Terrorist.

Whatever fits.

Just make the world stop seeing a person.
And start seeing a problem.

Step 2 – Destabilize the Environment

Once the target’s painted, it’s time to loosen the floor beneath their feet.

• Economic sanctions
• Media disinfo
• Black market inflation
• Strikes, protests, riots (often funded from outside)
• Divide and conquer tactics (ethnic, religious, political)

The goal is chaos.
Not enough to break the country.
Just enough to make people desperate for order.

Then you sell them the solution.

Step 3 – Insert the Proxies

Time for the main event.

• Arm “freedom fighters”
• Train “rebels”
• Back opposition leaders with Western degrees and CIA contacts
• Funnel money through NGOs
• Plant influencers in media, education, and security forces

Let them stir the pot while you stay clean.

They’ll be the face of the movement.
You’ll be the hand behind the curtain.

Step 4 – Execute the Coup (Soft or Hard)

If everything goes to plan, the collapse happens organically.

Either:

• The regime “falls” in a color revolution, or
• The military steps in “to restore order,” or
• An “accident” removes the leader, or
• Foreign intervention is “requested” to save civilians

And if none of that works?

Just bomb ‘em.

Step 5 – Install and Control the New Order

This is the part most people miss.

Regime change isn’t the end. It’s the reset.

Once the old leadership is gone:

• Install a puppet
• Privatize national resources
• Open markets to Western corporations
• Call it "reform"
• Write the new history
• Normalize the narrative

And if the new puppet stops behaving?

Repeat from Step 1.

This five-step program has toppled:

• Iran
• Guatemala
• Congo
• Chile
• Nicaragua
• Afghanistan
• Iraq
• Libya
• Ukraine
• And countless others…

Sometimes it succeeds.
Sometimes it fails.
But it always leaves a graveyard.

Now it’s happening domestically.

The tactics have returned home:

• Manufactured fear
• Media manipulation
• Enemy invention
• Digital surveillance
• Psychological warfare

And the new target?

You.

You’re not supposed to know any of this.
Not the documents. Not the details.
Not the bodies buried under buzzwords like “freedom,” “human rights,” and “stability.”

But now you do.

So here’s the real question:

What happens when the machine stops working?

What happens when the people no longer believe the lie?

Empires fall the same way they rise:
