CHAPTER FIFTEEN
The Silence That Followed
AND THEN, THE world held its breath.
For three days, there was no thunder. No miracles. No marches. No voices raised in anger or awe. Just a stillness. A gap in the noise of history.
They say he rose.
But long before the body moved, the world already had.
His death was not the end. It was the unlocking.
The whisper through centuries, reshaping kingdoms and kitchens and continents alike.
He did not return to lead an army.
He returned as the question we’ve never stopped asking.
As the possibility that God once bled.
As the promise that love might outlast empire.
And now the war continues—not of swords, but of stories.
Between the man they buried, and the myth they built.
Between faith and fear. Between memory and manipulation.
It is not over.
The tomb is empty.
And you are what walks out of it now.
