ANTISEMITISM
Chapter Twelve - Antisemitism on the Left, Right, and Web
Section 12 of 14
CHAPTER TWELVE
Antisemitism on the Left, Right, and Web
ANTISEMITISM DOESN’T BELONG to one political camp. It infects them all.
On the far right, it’s open and proud. Torchlit marches, Nazi salutes, swastikas, “Jews will not replace us.” The language is racial, conspiratorial, and apocalyptic. The Jew is the globalist, the banker, the mastermind pulling the strings of immigration, feminism, the media, and liberal decay. It’s white supremacy with a Jewish shadow cast over everything.
On the far left, it’s subtler. More academic. Wrapped in liberation rhetoric. The Jew becomes the colonizer, the apartheid enforcer, the symbol of Western imperialism. Zionism gets cast as white supremacy. Israel becomes shorthand for global evil. And the Jew? The Jew is just collateral. Erased, flattened, or blamed.
In both camps, antisemitism is the glue. Not the ideology, but the excuse. The scapegoat. The final boss. Whatever’s wrong with the world, there’s always a way to find a Jew behind it.
And the internet? It made everything faster.
Old lies that used to take decades to spread now fly around the world in seconds. The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, a 1903 forgery, is still circulating today in Facebook memes and Telegram channels. Holocaust denial flourishes on anonymous forums. YouTube algorithms once led viewers from “banking 101” to “the Rothschilds run the world” in under ten clicks.
You can’t even mention “George Soros” in certain circles without triggering a Rube Goldberg machine of conspiracies. Globalist, Jew, puppetmaster, or devil.
And here’s the terrifying part: a lot of people don’t even realize they’re doing it.
They’ll post about “Hollywood elites” and “global finance” and “shadowy cabals” without ever saying the word Jew, and yet the architecture is identical. The same stories. The same symbols. The same rot.
The algorithms don’t care. They just optimize for engagement. The more outrageous the claim, the more rage it sparks. And antisemitism is engineered rage. It wants you to feel cheated, betrayed, and invaded. That’s the whole point.
So it slips into everything: politics, protests, wellness influencers, crypto YouTubers, anti-vax forums, QAnon, radical Islamism, neo-pagan white nationalism, campus activism, and meme pages.
Different outfits. Same infection.
And it works best when it’s just under the surface. When you don’t notice you’ve swallowed it. When you think you’re asking questions. When you think you’re being brave. When you think you’ve uncovered a secret.
But you’re not being a detective.
You’re repeating a program that’s been running for over two thousand years.
And the system is still updating.
